Dina Soliman

joined the Design Studio by Azza Fahmy (DSAF) in year 2015 to study Jewelry Making & Design. She is currently working on her graduation project expected to be finalized by September 2017


Dina has been assisting our foreign teachers in residence in our academic program for over 2 years along with teaching at the studio various programs locally & internationally for over a year with a concentration on Jewelry making techniques.

She has taken part in a number of international and local exhibitions such as the “25th Legnica International Jewellery Competition” that took place in Poland in 2016. She has also participated in the “Cairo Contemporary Jewelry Designers 3rd Edition Exhibition” that took place in December 2016 organized by the Egyptian Ministry of Culture and won the “Best Design” award for her Sea Horse inspired necklace

Dina is known to have a great interest in geometrical forms and interest in applying movement to her pieces. In her current graduation project, she is working on a series of pieces that express the flat to volume movements from different perspectives and dimensions inspired by our day to day activities in the city.
